How much do your projects typically cost?
Our projects start at $10,000 but most of our projects are in the $50,000-$100,000.00 range. While we do enjoy smaller projects from time to time, we are a full service landscape design and build company specializing in the creation and installation of custom high end outdoor living spaces and most of our projects require a larger investment to install quality materials to industry standards and honor our warranties.
Why should I pay more for pavers instead of using regular concrete?
Concrete is almost guaranteed to crack and fade over time, especially in northeastern Ohio freeze and thaw cycles. Pavers are considered timeless and offer us the ability to correct any imperfections indefinitely throughout the lifespan of your project. While pavers require a larger up front investment, they maintain their value in comparison to concrete. Pavers also come in a wide variety of shapes, colors, and textures adding character and elegance to your project that concrete does not.
How much does your 3D design service cost?
We offer a very basic rendering to any client who signs a contract for free with one requested revision. The free rendering will help clients visualize the space in comparison to their home and familiar surroundings, but does not offer a video walk through or night time/low voltage landscape lighting option. We do offer a more detailed rendering service to clients who wish to see their project more in depth before making the investment which includes day/night video walk through and low voltage lighting. The more detailed 3D design starts at $1000 and increases in cost based on scope and revisions.
